Shamim Shafiee is a visionary technologist and strategic leader driving Malaysia’s digital transformation through innovation, policy alignment, and SME empowerment.
As the Founder, CEO, and CTO of Armiena Group, he leads the development of scalable, cloud-native platforms that modernize operations and accelerate growth for businesses nationwide.
His work bridges the gap between grassroots entrepreneurship and global digital standards, embedding ESG and SDG principles into every product and initiative.
A specialist in FinTech Business Development, Operations, and Commercialization, with experience in technology iP development, consulting, and project management.
Hamid have over twenty years of Technology Consulting experience in Hewlett-Packard, PETRONAS, U&Me Communication Inc. and FINTERRA.
Hamid holds a Batchelors of Business from Australia, a Masters in IT and Management from Malaysia, a Certificate in Organizational Leadership from U.K., and currently pursuing a PhD in Islamic Banking & Finance from IIUM, Malaysia.
Hamid has worked with clients in South East Asia, and Middle East.
Khairun Nisa leads Armiena Group’s strategic initiatives in creative innovation and cross-industry partnerships. As a key member of the leadership team, she is responsible for the development and consistent execution of Armiena’s go-to-market and sales strategies across its entire product portfolio.
With a deep understanding of market dynamics and customer engagement, Khairun plays a pivotal role in shaping Armiena’s brand presence and solution delivery.

Azri Rosmail leads Armiena Group’s platform and product development initiatives, serving as the Technology Lead responsible for the evolution of the Business Technology Platform (BTP) and its suite of digital solutions. His role spans the full lifecycle of product innovation—from research and design to development, deployment, and market integration.
Azri is known for his collaborative mindset, technical rigor, and ability to translate complex requirements into agile, future-ready solutions. His leadership continues to shape Armiena’s technology roadmap, delivering platforms that are both resilient and responsive to market needs.
Hamizah focus on collaboratively executing on an external communications plan to engage key audiences and influencers in support of the local ARMIENA organisation in its growth objectives for 2021 and beyond.
