- Full SSM (usually 2-4 pages)
- All directors’ photocopy of identity card (Front and Back can cross-corner for Payfac ONLY)
- Latest bank statements (Minimum 3 months to 2 years of audited account upon request)
- Business namecard
Compulsory Requirements:
- Merchant must have a shop lot/office/business premise
- Merchant must have a business license – Lesen Perniagaan or Have Lesen Majlis Perbandaran
- Merchant must have signboard or / and dimiliki
- Merchant must have registered company business account in any bank in Malaysia

48 Hour Cancellation Policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an application with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the application. This is so that we may have ample time to process the cancellation should you need to cancel your service. Application that are cancelled more than 48 hours prior will result in a RM150 fee or 50% of the services you are reserved for. ARMIENA Group Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
